Forget Everything and Run; Face Everything and Rise
Clowns. The Dark.
Those are two of the many things I am afraid of, and I can’t really tell you why because I don’t have the answer. We are all afraid of something. Whether it be the former or the latter; the cheesiest or most terrifying. We may not know our deepest fears, but that does not mean that we do not have them. We, ourselves, may have no idea of the meaning of our fear, or to why we have developed this fear. Who knows, maybe you can discover your greatest fear while looking down from a tall building, or when swimming in a body of water.
Fear is complicated. It can come in many forms, or sizes. There are many things to be afraid of as we go through life. We can be afraid of anything. We can even be afraid of ourselves.
The point being: we all have fears and they can be very complex, at times. We can either stay afraid all our lives, or we can stare at fear straight in the face. We can choose to be afraid, or we can choose the bravery to overcome it.
To some people, however, fear is just a concept. A concept of the mind, telling us the situations that seem the most dangerous. The fear that we possess is merely psychological. We think we are afraid of something, because our minds simulate scenarios in our head to mislead the fear entirely. Since only ten percent of our brain center is used, we don’t have the capacity to articulate the meaning behind the misconception. In our heads, the fear is intensified to a point where it is reflected in real life.
So, overall, our fears are just in our heads. If we know they exist in our heads, we can expel the phobias─our fears, that seem the stop us from what we want to accomplish in life.

I have come to realize, after much speculation, that fear is just a boundary. Fear is just a hurdle from the dreams and goals we hold in our heads, or in our hearts. There are only two possible choices when dealing with fear.
We can either show cowardice and run away from what scares us the most, or we can stand tall and look at your fear head-on. You can overcome your fears if, and only if you can develop the confidence to rise above the paralyzing fears that stop you from living life.
